How I Helped
Implemented a clear channel for feedback
I researched and evaluated employee engagement tools, selecting one that would meet the needs of the organization.
Designed and implemented an employee engagement survey, and follow up pulse surveys that would be used to measure employee outlook & morale.
Additionally, I facilitated regular feedback sessions during town halls that allowed employees to voice questions and concerns in a productive manner.
Shared data-driven employee insights
Using survey results, I built reports for the executive team that summarized findings and zeroed in on the top three factors influencing employee productivity & morale.
With the support of executive leadership, I shared the results of the survey in a quarterly kickoff. Employee feedback was that this greatly increased trust in leadership & feeling heard.
Created & executed a roadmap integrating feedback
